Looks like the show is the brainchild of one Nick Andrews, as the first comment you see on the show's Facebook page is, "Anything to get Nick Andrews back on the air." Nick replied to the post, at which point, I found his profile, on which I found the following on his "info" page:
"Earlier this year I was laid off due to a budget cut, or as the suits call it a "reduction of forces". Currently, I'm working on a new project that I'm completely excited about. Check out Radio Anarchy and tell us what you think."
Based on some of his likes (640 WHLO, 1350 WARF), I'm guessing Nick is from the Cleveland area, or at least near Cleveland. (OMW, could you dig up some more info on him?)
I agree that it's odd for a new Internet radio show to put up a website and not offer a full podcast, or at least a time to listen to the show live.
