Female names

Are there any variety hits stations with female names? Wondering if this might work with a more AC type of VH format, seeing that there are all kinds of names denoting varying offshoots of the format (IIRC, there's a "Hank" doing more country-like hits)

There's Jill FM www.Jillfm.com/ but I think the intent there is to target women with more of an AC aproach.

Kelly is another station, ( www.Klly.com/ ) but I'm also not sure if that's a variety hits station.<P ID="signature">______________

I classify it as a Variety Hits station, but it definitely leans AC. Because the KCBS-FM Jack leans Classic Rock, it works out.

100000watts.com classifies it as a Hot AC, which I concur with, though it looks like it might lean Modern AC. Either way, it's not Variety Hits.

A few years ago there were a bunch of "Alice" stations around. Never heard one, not sure of what they sounded like. Any of 'em still left?

Many of them that sprung up in the mid 90s were Modern AC stations.

100000watts.com lists seven stations that presently use the Alice name: one Adult Hits (aka Variety Hits), one Classic Rocker, three Hot ACs, one Modern AC, and a CHR.

KTOZ-FM in Springfield, MO is the VH "Alice." The name was a holdover from the station's former Modern AC format.
