I just dug out some of my Ferrall on the bench tapes from when I lived in bufflao,ny. I use to catch him at night either on wmvp or wfan. Anyways, man what a trip listening to Ferrall, radio needs this man now! I would think with all the Free Fm stations popping up this show would go very well on that kind of a station. So much energy, sports talk, pop culture talk, great head banging rock music in the background, popping open some cold brewskies.. yeah that is what I am talking about. Ferrall gotta get back to the BENCH

Hey, is there anyway you can put some of that audio online so I can hear. I loved those old Ferrall days.

Thanks

Sure did sound good hearing Seth Everett of MLB Radio guest hosting on Fox last night. Serious, intelligent sports talk. Give me that over the muscle-brain jock approach any day.

I'm with you on the intelligence but-

Apparently some people can't see through the Metallica.

Ferrall never was fluff. The facts he made- the points he made- were from great research. The man did his homework- no question.

I would much rather hear Ferrall's style than the urban schtick of Jim Rome any day.

Ferrall is trying to rebuild his career on FSR and I hope he gets his shot. He had it all and was once considered the top talent in all of sports radio. He has had his problems, but it looks like they are now in the past. If it wasn't for Ferrall guys like Rome, Coward, J.T. and others would not have their huge syndication. Remember that local hosts like Mike and the Mad Dog, Mike North and the Big O don't get recognized 50 miles outside of their local markets, while Ferrall can get off of a plane in any city and sign autographs. Long Live Ferrall.

I too appreciate a 'intelligent' sports talk. Seth Everett, who draws a paycheck from mlb.com,knows where his bread is buttered. You make the call...

Hey
I can not load any audio up but if anyone can, I will gladly make you copies of my Ferrall tapes and you can load them up to like yousendit.com. On some of my tapes, the audio fades in and out due to the night time pattern of wfan and wmvp but overall, its great quality.
