There are organizations out there that make a living complaining about indecent programming being broadcast over America’s airwaves, but there aren’t all that many citizens expressing any concern.

If you read through the comments on that stuff, you'll usually find literally thousands of identical "cut-and-paste" posts. A Google search on the phrases will usually take you to the original blogger or website.
(That's how I found out that the FCC was going to require Big Bird to be naked.)
