VERITAS DE VOCE said:Speaking of being back... as is the "homogenization" of "family friendly" TV and radio as well. Some of those listings I have heard banned from homes and some networks around the country. Not even all, but some.
Besides, when did witches, wizardry and psychic, paranormal phenomena become nice for the kiddos? Exhibit A, ABC "Family" Channel. Exhibit B? Check out some of those listings above. There has to be a buffer somewhere between everyday family and God's family, doesn't there?

...yet
No shows on Disney portray members of the church of Wicca.

And I suppose you have lived a perfect life? If so, then pick up the first stone.

It is obvious that Disney can do no wrong in your eyes ... :![]()

Compared to King David, I'm excellent. After all, I've never slept with my neighbor's wife, got her pregnant and eventually killed her husband to cover up the crime. Even the man after God's own heart managed to cross the line of "nothing inappropriate".rbrucecarter5 said:Incorrect. Compared to the broadcast networks, they are excellent.
That problem with "the first airing" is key. How can they air "nothing inappropriate" yet still air things that you are apalled at in the first place? Are the teen cleavage shots you mention "nothing inappropriate"?I am apalled at Disney camera angles that go down some girl's tops. Whenever it is pointed out, the CG it out on subsequent airings, but the first airing should have been avoided.
Ahhh ... no wonder why you defend them beyond logic! We cast and extra parents are VERY grateful for that!
Her actions simply say chastity and modesty is not an important part of teen life today. Nice role model. :I just get tired of people bringing up the Vanessa thing. It was one time poor judgement on her part - an attempt to rekindle a dying romance, the pictures never intended for public distribution.
