Politics, especially national, that's getting tired.

So, I started digging for some new topics, this is what I came up with, for evergreen stuff.

Like: "Investigating SSI abuse--people who could theoretically work for a living spending all day on the Net."

Or "Living with one's parents after 50, to still be supported by them".

Or "Reverse homophobia--is seeing gay bashing everywhere mental illness?"

Or "People that blow up their achievements, which really don't amount to anything, is that the most annoying thing in the world?"

Or "One hit wonders and washed-up forgotten types--is a fascination with same pathetic or pitiful, or both?"

I think these are a good start--with lifestyle and personal issues on the rebound, talk-wise, you can't lose with these.

Sounds like What Howie Carr does all the time to fill segments. Welfare fraud, his live at home with mom and dad brother of his, etc, etc, etc.

No harm in mixing in lighter topics. "Most pain you've ever been in that you can laugh about today""Stupid things you've done while drunk".
______________

...a rediculous complaint

An unregistered user...aka a lurker, possibly even just a troll...has requested this post to be removed! HA! Can you believe it? A post that has nothing to do with AAR, intelligent idea, even well thought out...and yet it goes to show you that there will ALWAYS be SOMEONE that doesn't like what you have to say.
______________

That's because on at least one of these forums, the moderator doesn't like getting e-mail complaints (life is rough these days), so the person in question tends to delete threads that spawn such complaints. Perhaps the user in question managed to successfully get something deleted before and figures it's all good over in this forum too.
