FilmOnX pulls most Boston signals

The "Big 4" affiliates have disappeared from the Aereo-like online TV streaming service, which hasn't fared as well as Aereo in the courts. For now, anyway, PBS affiliate WGBH, CW affiliate WLVI and ION's WBPX remain accessible.

I just checked and I still see them?

I tried in vain to register with Aereo - they require a Boston-area billing address to get activated - so I was shut out of watching WHDH's late news on Sunday as Channel 7 turns off their stream at a fixed time regardless of how late the football game ends. Nobody at the station seems to care.

Have you tried accessing FilmOnX from various wi-fi sites? It's almost like using a proxy server. You'll get different stations as the geo-block attempts to serve the area it thinks your at. (McDonald's on Washington St. Middletown gets me Dallas TX). Of course many proxies outside the US will provide a random assortment of British TV, depending on where the proxy is. I've seen the entire list on some proxies down to a half dozen UK channels on others. Using US proxies, I've been able to get LA, DC, Pheonix, Denver, Miami, and so on.
