I've know this was in the works, but it's finally a reality - an (free) adult standards music pool for radio stations and media professionals! As anyone on the working side of the speaker knows, record service can be spotty with our format. While I am not involved in this, I told the people who are that I would help get the word out.
I know there are a number of programmers that either post or lurk on R-I, hope this helps you find out about new music and artists.

This is a cut/paste from the website:
Radio stations and program directors that wish to receive new music should simply fill out the form in the link below and you will be put on the pool distribution list. Make sure the address you give us is the one where you want the CD's to go and where they can be accepted. This program is for radio professionals only, not the public at large, so please give us all the required information so that we can verify, through our databases and with a phone call, that yours is a legitimate station request.
Best,
Bob
