Finally Justice?

News reports state the man who rape and murdered Rebecca Glahn, former Q107.5 DJ, plead gulity and will spend life plus twenty years in prison. This is not total justice, but at least he is not getting out anytime soon. He'll be locked up and won't be harming anyone else. We cannot say on here what should have happen to him.

Kudos also go to Q107.5 for raising nearly $15,000 to date for Mid-South Sexaul Assult Resource Center. I hope the amount gets bigger and better every year.

To this day I can still hear and see her in my head, it makes me sad, angry and in a small way happy to just have known her.
We weren't good friends or anything like that, we had talks and shared laughs and life stories, sadly I didn't even know her real last name til after the fact.

Justice?

actually the death penalty would have been nice. 2 years in jail and eternity in HELL! i hope he gets his anal region ripped every single day till someone kills him!

Well, hopefully he will get the "punishment" on the yard soon. I had talked to her on the phone2 days before this happened. Hey, dont worry. Cause where he's at, lets just see who becomes the "female in jail".

God rest her soul and may her family find some closure and peace out of all of this. Obviously, he deserved the electric chair for the heinous crime he committed.

Now that Memphis is number 2 in the nation for crime, this tragic death only emphasizes the problems in the bluff city. Where do you think it is safe to live and raise your children? Memphis is a big city, with big city problems and obviously big city crime.

Exercise extreme caution when someone comes knocking on your door. Good people have bad things happen to them, especially in Memphis, especially downtown.

...and you only know what gets reported in the news. On any given night, there are a handful of carjackings, a handful of home invasions, and more assualts than you can count. Trust me, it's worse than you think.
