OK, you like Rumba, WE GET IT! As you can see, we DON'T!!!!
Now, leave us alone before we call immigraciones on you
Well B104 is doing great so I wouldn't count on that. The other stations though Im not so sure about ... Maybe Nassau on 107.1 or Citadel 100.7? I guess I'm getting my hopes up ... lemme stop.Rick_E said:If it is going to big real big in the Lehigh Valley and Reading then one would think a CC station in the Lehigh Valley or reading would have flipped instead of in Philly..............
Oh God.....I hope I did not give CC any ideas...I would hate to loose Z95, Y102 or B104...
AUNTIEM1 said:My question had less to do with AM vs FM and more to do with the Economic, Social and information impact that a Spanish station has on the Lehigh Valley and Reading area when it is located in Philly. I mean their not going to take money that spanish advertisers are paying to CC stations in LV and redirect those funds to the Spanish station in Philly. Is Rumba going to support lv/Reading area charity events? Give LV/reading area news, weather and traffic reports? I would have to say no, but am willing to be surprised. So if all your concerned about is which band and the signal strength, then your right and Congrats!
Well frankly, I listen for the most part only philly stations. Because I am hispanic I am proud of this. Everyone has there favorite station and finally I got one representing me. I generally listen to Q for the most part. I love the reggaeton and I think some of the other stuff is okay. Reggaeton is missing in this area on the FM dial. Nothing at all for Hispanics to listen to, now whether it will be a success in the Philly area is a whole other story.Rockin Rob said:AUNTIEM1 said:My question had less to do with AM vs FM and more to do with the Economic, Social and information impact that a Spanish station has on the Lehigh Valley and Reading area when it is located in Philly. I have a feeling Cisco is just another agenda poster. His theory is either: "as long as a town has at least one Hispanic, it would be a success" to the one I'm leaning to in figuring this guy out: "put my music on every radio station known to Man".
