Financial Reporter Jim Newman Dead at 86

One of my Facebook friends posted the following on his page:

Sad news for L.A. Broadcasters. Veteran financial reporter Jim Newman has passed away. I worked with Jim at KTLA and ABC7. He was a true professional, a pleasure to work with, and always had great stories to tell. Jim was 86. R.I.P.

I would’ve linked to a news article about Newman’s passing, but I couldn’t find one.
