Fine Living tv replaced--Other Canwest changes

In the Fall Canwest will be canning Fine Living tv in favor of a new "Do it yourself" Tv channel.

Other changes include shortening "Showcase Action" to just "Action" and a bold new look for Showcase channel.

Showcase’s "refreshed look", including a new logo and all-new on-air elements, will hit the airwaves August 31 2009.

Also some news about the Showcase Diva channel:

"Showcase Diva’s refreshed on-air look and feel will reinforce the channel’s position as women’s favourite destination for hit movies and series in a light-hearted female-friendly environment."
