Fingers crossed, prayers up, Buffalo!

A better approach would have been, there was a problem with the response to the storm, how can we do better? No finger pointing needed.

Jim Heaney(formerly of the Buffalo News, who now heads up Investigative Post...which basically does what the News can't or WON'T do)penned a column for his website about the mayor. Let's just say...his past track record leaves MUCH to be desired.
