Here's a chilly local weather forecast from 'Easy 99.1' out of the Boston area heard in Tampa.

The signal quality starts out poor but slowly gets a little better.

Yes.

In fact, this was the second time I've heard WPLM down here.

The first time, oddly enough, was exactly 5 years ago almost to the day when it was mixing with another a station on the same frequency up in Maine during a powerful E Skip opening.
