First in Indiana to do Christmas

Okay... who goes first? Early bets on 107.9 or 93.9 in Indy. Any other small market, local stations going to go before Thanksgiving? Ft. Wayne, Chicagoland, Evansville, Cincy or Louisville area stations? Just curious...

How many stations will play it "PC" and become all Winter Solctise music?

Any takers? Hello?

;D

Hank 97.1 has been doing Christmas for about 2 weeks on their HD2 signal, It replaced "Bubba". Sorry if this has already been posted,I didn't see it.

Cool to see who's doing it on HD, but in my mind, HD doesn't count since most folks can't here it... I'm talking about main signal AM/FM/HD-1 stations doing it :)

It appears that is when the Elves that have been laid off are going to be free. The are going to be the DJ's for the Christmas season. Economy has hit them hard too.

I actually picked up Hank 97.1 in Louisville back in August at Bardstown Rd. and the Gene Snyder (I-265). Its so much easier now to come home and find these stations' locations on the internet.

Faith... are you "in the know" on this? Why the 16th?

Not sure why on the 16th. I've just heard that Mr. Trout will start jingling some bells at Noon!

Look for a "warm" Christmas on the 16th!
Faith has hot evidence of a warm Christmas on Nov 16 per a paid ad in today's Indianapolis Star.
