First to ask - just how does this affect Q-100.5, and by extension 99x?
I would think if 99x were quick, they could re-image as "Atlanta's ONLY Alternative". But who are we kidding here?

It seems that CC has finally realized that 96 Rock was due for a change...and wanted to add more ammunition to the war against 99x....by turning WKLS to Active rock, they might do just that.
I assume that this also means less competition for River & Dave.
