FIVERR for sweepers and promos

They have some good voice over talent at FIVERR. You can't beat $5 for a sweeper, $10 with added music. Which is a very reasonable price for web stations and web broadcasters without the necessary equipment to create their own. They may not be 100% perfect but they're 90-95%.

And, if the final cut is not up to tea most of their seller will bend over backwards to fix it. Many are current or former radio announcers or DJs themselves. Give them a try if you haven't already.
 
I've tried FIVERR before for using somebody to sing jingles for me, but the price was too much. They have really nice talents there. Nice place to go when you need immediate attention for your project.
