Looks like Bustos will get control of the station and flip it by or on July 28th. However, that's not set in stone.

Until the 92.1 signal is improved (applications are pending at the FCC) so that the majority of the market can actually receive the signal, it won't make any difference. Which is a shame, because Sacramento needs all the radio variety it can get.

Flash 103.9 will probably flip to Hurban, due to the fact we've got more regional Mexican stations in Sacramento.

|I would think they could port the Flash moniker to a jack/bob format. Still works. Just a thought.
