Flava 105.5 Worcester appears to be down, but not necessarily out

Didn't see this article until this morning. Looks like the music has stopped at Worcester pirate Flava 105.5 but as Aaron Nicodemus points out in the T&G article, "I hesitate to write Flava's obituary. In 2009, 2010, and 2013, the Federal Communications Commission ordered the radio station to shut down, threatening fines against and imminent arrest for Mr. Simon, of Worcester. Each time, the radio station was indeed shut down. But it popped up again a few months later."
