One of these stations should be flipped to Urban AC. Kiss doesn't sound that good and Power we don't really need. It would do well in the market I say. 104.1 already has Steve Harvey in the morning so that would be a good station to go Urban AC. Im not a big listener of this format but it would be good to have this format in this market.

Flip 95.7 or 104.1

Why fix whats already broken. Just make 95.7 a Spanish format. Wait make it Urban AC and put Spanish on 104.1 as 95.7 is stronger signal. And then leave CHR to 96.5 TIC.
Most of the other CHR stations owned by Clear Channel sound like crap just like KISS does. Right now I'm on vacation in the Philly area and sampled Q-102. Horrible. Just like KISS here in Hartford, Q speeds up the music way too much. The song "Suicidal" by Sean Kingston sound really bad on The Q.
Ever since the failure of RUMBA in Philly, I'm no longer advocating an FM Spanish Station here in Hartford. RUMBA in Philly was a full-powered FM signal and they still got their butt wholloped in the ratings by a staticy suburban AM Spanish Station.

Kiss 95.7 stays CHR and Power 104.1 stays R&B/hip-hop. You don't sacrifice 2 stations that have big signals from West Peak unless you have major ratings/billing problems.
Also, Rumba in Philadelphia was moved to an AM station that had been running gospel. (Philly has had a gospel FM for nearly 2 years now).

Thanks for the correcting me on the title of the song. I wasn't aware of it until yesterday when I saw the video on BET. Anyway HOT 93.7 doesn't edit it and neiter does POWER 104. I don't listen to KISS 95.7 very often, so I haven't had a chance to hear if they even play the song. Meanwhile the aforementioned Q-102 in Philly doesn't edit it.

Urban A/C( WYBC get some ratings in Hartford on a weak signal from New Haven CT) will be great in Hartford CT .

Also both are owned by CBS Radio so thats why I thought maybe Hot 93.7 might edit the word "suicidal" with "in denial" or just leave it blank like MTV does.
