scanning and searching the AM/FM while in RDU today.
one question: is it really this bad?
evidence....
1. music played during Jim Rome's sports talk on 620AM.
lack of spots? lack of sponsors? lack of....what?
2. PSA's every 1/4 hour on every station i listened to.
3. lots of legalese (contests rules, etc.).
is this an FCC thing? or just a time fill?
