Flipping a format

Given that the public probably had 36 hours to hear that 96 Rock was flipping from when the PD/management made the decision: What is the time you have seen the following occur:

1. Getting the new fomat setup
2. Informing staff/firings
3. Cutting the flip spots including the actual cutover spot which includes getting a new image voice or doing it yourself?
4. Changing website
5. Ordering new signage, stationary, legal changes.
6. Information control/advertising
7. Hiring new staff
8. Call sign changes.

Not sure what you mean by public but if you mean the audience it was less than16 hours. They started teasing it around 6:00 last night.

The rest of the stuff has been rumored for months so it probably was enough time to get promos cut outside their studios and the web isn't that functional yet so they could not have spent that much time on it yet.
