If you think you know what micro-management looks like, and you've never worked for Urban, think again. Anybody who even thinks about working for this company should know in advance that titles are just that---titles. You won't get to decide so much as the brand of toilet paper to put in the station without getting the approval of the owner. Every decision, no matter how minute, has to be put in front of the owner, who is never available to look things over, so no decisions ever get made. They also take somewhere in the vicinity of 4 months to pay jocks for remotes. Not the ideal working environment, so if you're thinking about applying, consider yourself warned. One other thing, if they invite you to town for an interview, make sure they take care of your expenses in advance. If not, plan on eating your own expenses.
