Florence/Myrtle Beach ratings

A quick run down, 12+:

Myrtle Beach
WRNN - no surprise - stays #1
WEZV is up a tic, to claim sole ownership of #2 slot
Star 92.1 had a huge book, taking over third place
Gator 107.9 leads the Qantum crew, up a half share for 4th place
98.5 Kiss FM ties for 5th 12+ with Bob FM, which falls from 2nd to 5th overall
Mix comes in 7th, up slightly to tie with Wave 104, which drops more than half a share
KZQ comes in at #9, dropping more than a share tying with...
Sunny 103.1, who rounds out the Top 10.

Other notables:
Cumulus country properties in SC continue to flounder, WLFF falls outside the Top Ten
Power 100.3 has a nice jump, up a full share and starting to look a little competitive
Who knew the older demos would represent so well in Myrtle?

Florence, SC
Cumulus takes the top two slots, WYNN having it's best book in over two years to take the top slot, and the only station to score a double-digit 12+ number
WBZF (Glory) drops almost a point, falling into a tie for second with...
Eagle 92.9, which drops a share and a half 12+ but continues to be the dominant non-urban station in a very urban market
Sunny 105.5 continues it's slow upward growth, and ties for 4th with...
The Big DM, which continues to score big from outside the metro
In sixth, Cumulus' FOX gets a nice 1.5 share bump to score it's best 12+ in over two years, tying with...
Qantum's Flo 102.9, which scores it's best ratings ever.
Cumulus' Magic 94.3 climbs more than half a share to tie for 8th in the market with a slipping 103X and a resurgent News/Talk 970 WJMX-AM.

Notable: Miller stations continue to strike out in the Florence metro; it was a big urban book with all but one urban station experiencing some growth; Cumulus' country experience in SC continues to be nightmarish, with Wheelz 100.5 losing almost half it's ratings from last book, to tie their all-time low ratings.

Thoughts?

Interesting breakdown. Glad Star is doing well. Is Bill Catcher still the PD? Who's doing their morning show these days?

Still, being an old fart with modern technological sensibilities, QRockRadio.com is still more to my liking.

The drop in WKZQ might be from moving to 96.1 and also Rock 107 is here now. As for Star 92.1 is Mitch and Alex still the morning show? I see nothing on the Star website about them and under Info on the website they have help wanted for morning drive. What happened to them?

Also where does 106.5 The Coyote stand from Gator 107.9. As Gator has a good morning show and they also added a new feature after every song some ladies voice tells you the name of the song just play. Which is a nice feature. Last time I saw that was on the AC station in Philly on B 101.1
