Fluke or cause for concern?

After 89X"s morning show wrapped up, and I flipped around during a commercial break, I stumbled across 94.7 WCSX mentioning a opportunity for listeners to give feedback to help improve 94.7. I found this interesting considering at various points last year, 94.7 was among the top stations in Detroit. Earlier this year, both 94.7 and WRIF had hit a snag in ratings. However, in the last few PPM books, 101.1 has regained their stride, while 94.7 has remained where they are. Also fueling my interest is 106.7 The D being within striking distance of 94.7 despite a few flaws, and an at times odd music direction. So my question to you is this: Is there legit cause for concern at 94.7? With a few tweaks, can 106.7 catch WCSX(who is their primary competitor), or could momentum for WCSX be just around the corner? Any responses are welcome.
