Fluvanna County (Palmyra)

Does Hot 101.9 out of Charlottesville come in well in Palmyra and all of Fluvanna County? Do any CHR's come in well in Palmyra and Fluvanna County?

101.9 might come in OK. I say might, because it is pretty hilly around there. When I travel through the area, its a mixed bag of signals. Richmond is a little to far. 97.5 3WV is the local powerhouse, and you are sure to pull in Generations 102.3 WZGN, as they have about a bazillion translators on the ground now.

Hot 101.9 will be your best bet for reception. Q-94 is over 60 miles away on the east side of Richmond, so they, Q-101/Harrisonburg, WJJX/Appomattox, and 99-3 the Vibe/Fredericksburg will probably come in with varying degrees of success on a car radio or a good tabletop radio, but probably not on your walkman or boombox.
