Yep..... Tom is back on in Chicago tomorrow on Soul 1063 FM. Announced @ 8:30am on the station.

What do ya figure maybe half the city can hear him, if that?

This was the reason that they dropped Steve Harvey. Due to 106.3's weak signal, most of Chicago couldn't hear Steve Harvey, and lost money from syndicating his show, and allowed CC to take over the show in Chicago. Are they gonna drop Tom Joyner when they're not making any money from his show too? If Soul were on 92.3, then it would make sense, as 92.3 covers most of the market than 106.3 does. So only those in the near south suburbs & far southern Chicago will hear Tom Joyner on 106.3. Maybe if WYRB's signal is strong enough, then those in Kane County might hear Tom Joyner. I know I got a signal, but not a strong one when I did a drive along I-90 in January 2004 when I listened to Soul 106.3 on my way to Madison Wisconsin.

They should've put him on to 92.3
