Flyers game tonight on CNBC

Since the game was also on CSN-Philly tonight, it was blacked out on CNBC. I was at a neighbor's house who has Xfinity. CNBC was showing alternative programming even though the guide said hockey. When I got home, FiOS said there was an outage on channels 102 and 602. I guess with Comcast, the smaller headends help in the way they could feed alternate programming or just the fact Comcast owns the cable networks involved and the distribution. Verizon's FiOS being newer is distributed differently with two super headend for all the channels above 49 (HD above 549) but, FiOS must have the ability to show the alternate feeds of ESPN, ESPN2, and MLB Network. Did directv and dish have to black out CNBC too? Neither of them have CSN-Philly.
