I checked out the site..
One of the stations mentioned in a personalities profile, Hitz106... I recognized as an internet only station.

Very strange...obviously has no connection to Fresh FM, which currently is in a very annoying ad campaign that has been airing on A-Channel.
Their DJs are in 3 separate countries and two look to still to be in high school on their website (or just out of high school by no more than 2 years or so)

And between rules and a search bringing up no 103 or close to 103 (like 102.9) in London.... It's definitely webcast (that's not saying they may not have a unlicensed station in London for it)
