FM 104.7 Canberra - Great Rock Friendly CHR With HUGE Variety

104.7 FM, Canberra (Rock Friendly CHR by day, all hit by night)

This is a cool CHR from Australia's capital city. It looks like they've widened their playlist playing a broader spectrum of hits, but are still Rock friendly. At night though they're pure CHR, and join a number of other Australian CHRs that broadcast a syndicated nightly countdown.
The station's new imaging/jingles are heavily influenced by the youth-leaning Nova stations (there's a Nova station in each of Australia's 5 major cities), and even by American's Jack FM stations.

Check it out for some good variety, and just good music in general ;)
Edited by CHRles on 11/04/05 04:59 PM.

Seems to me that most of Australias CHRs seem to be Pretty Rock Friendly. Lots of good Aussie tunes on ANY Australia CHR, that you just cant hear anywhere else. This station does sound alot like the NOVA stations,,,Im still waiting for the day to hear the NOVA, AND Austerio CHR stations in HIGH QUALITY.
