Did you try the Eton office, which I think is in Canada? If you have the instruction manual, the number is on the last page. You can also Google to find a download of the manual.
If the factory can't help, check DX Engineering, Universal Radio or Ham Radio Outlet. MFJ, and others, can supply lots of replacement-quality parts.
