Taken from a couple spots on the Robinson Canyon trail W of Thorp. Approximate coordinates - 47.01N, -120.73W. Elevation around 2500-2800ft. This was the first day this hike reopened after COVID19 closures. Six new overall for the logbook as well!

Another bandscan, this time on the Prater Trail on Manastash Ridge, in a couple of spots. Elevation gain about 1800ft (very steep uphill in some areas), high point about 3550. Approximate coordinates 46.95N, -120.665W. Flowers out everywhere, pine forest smells and looks awesome, even saw deer. This scan is from May 8th, 2020, but I haven't had time to post it. Two new logs for the Ellensburg-area logbook (on 101.5 and 106.5).

This week I will have Friday off, so as long as I get HW and work done early enough I may go out on another day hike and do some more scanning.
 
Yep. Went up there back in March. Was one of the very few places still open for hiking when Inslee issued the stay-home order on 3/23. Was able to grab multiple new ones for the logbook there, including CJSU-89.7 Duncan, KAFE-104.1 Bellingham and KYFQ-91.7 Bremerton.
Eventually when the USFS finally gets trailheads back open, I hope to jaunt around in the Teanaway and Manastash Lake areas. Lion Rock is 6000ft and popular with campers, with fantastic line-of-sight south. Likely not snow free until June anyways.
