I've been told that the current sound quality of Satellite is not up to that of Digital broadcast radio...yet anyway. But I'm really not trying to start another Broadcast radio versus Satellite debate - I can see a future where both are successful. It was predicted in the early 1950s that TV would destroy radio AND movie theatres, then Cable TV would destroy "free" TV, VCRs would destroy commercial TV, TiVO would destroy commerical TV, etc., etc. But they all peacefully co-exist.
