Okay gang, this is your chance to own a full power FM CP (they are getting rare) in Alabama. it is a 5KW (88Meter) CP in Alabama. 2 years left to build it out. In a worst case senario you could refile at 100 watts at 100 feet until you got it built out to your specs. This is a opportunity build out a full commercial FM for a little more than a LPFM. Asking $125K, (but willing to negotiate). I have a engineer that will work with you on any CP modifications. DON'T contact me just because you are curious. Current station owners a plus, or if you are looking to retire, or to assume station ownership again. I will quiz you before we go any further. So be prepared.
