FM DX this evening. Hard to identify

I was scanning the dial and I got 2 stations. Only a split second to a few seconds before they faded out.

101.3: I heard the tail end of a jingle (sounded like one) with "101.3" followed by Earth, Wind & Fire - AFter The Love Has Gone

107.9: Few seconds of country music

Location: Kenosha, WI

Any ideas? I tried looking up AC and Country stations on 101.3 and 107.9 as well as Yes.com. No luck.

Thanks in advance
______________

The only country station on 107.9 that I know of for certain is Kicker 108 in Gulfport-Biloxi, but I'd highly doubt that's your catch.
______________

What if they're both from the same area?

If so, soft AC KTXR 101.3 in Springfield, MO and country WCLQ 107.9 in Lebanon, MO seem like the obvious choices.

A good guess might be.... Your 101.3 was Probably WFMG G-101.3 in Richmond Ind... They have 50,000 watts, on a tall tower.
