Real nice E-Skip here in the Hudson Valley, New York Saturday between about 3:45pm and 5:30pm with really powerful signals out of Nebraska and many other stations from Iowa, southern Minnesota and southern South Dakota.
Nine new loggings, five from Nebraska and four from Iowa. Best catches were two translators a minute or so apart on 94.5. At 3:59 I caught K233AN Lincoln, NE with 99 watts! They were IDing "My Bridge Radio" (KROA-95.7) "a ministry of Mission Broadcating." Their signal was pretty good. I then heard top of hour ID from KLIQ Hastings, NE (first logged in 2003) followed by the second translator, K233AA Davenport, IA with ID for KUNY and KUNI (University of Iowa). This one is 170 watts, and I really had to dig for their signal. These are my 2nd and 3rd lowest power E-skips in the past 5+ years. More details of my loggings at my web-site. Log total now is 1139 FMs, including 25 from Nebraska and 39 from Iowa.
We're nearing the end of the skip season... it would be great if E-Skip fired up again today.

I got an unID country station on 94.5 from South Dakota (owned by Dakota Broadcasting?)
