Ibiquity Digital has slightly changed its emission mask specifications for FM IBOC.
In a Notice of Ex Parte Filing with the FCC, Ibiquity states the "minor adjustments" are "based on additional analysis and real world experience."
It seems the 250-600 kHz changes from near -80db to -74.4db, plus average weighting changes. Although this is FM, maybe there is also some truth to the recent Radio World article saying that AM specs are a lot more problematic than Ibiquity has advertised.
