FM Frequency of the Week: 100.5

Wilmington Delaware

Usually just splatter from 100.3 WRNB Philadelphia. However WVBW in Norfolk VA sometimes makes the trip up US 13 to Wilmington. I just heard it faintly this morning as other stations from Delmarva were booming in with stereo signals like WESR 103.3 in Onley VA. WVBW is the most likely station to be heard up here from SE VA since it is on an open frequency.

Denver, CO -
Nothing; caught between 100.3 KIMN and 100.7 K264BO.

Nutley, NJ IBOC hash from WHTZ
Tropo: WRCH New Britain, CT
W263DA from Toms River, NJ has been coming in as well during tropo

East Tennessee: Nada, just whatever overrun from WCYQ on 100.3. When Johnny Pirkle owned 100.3, he fiercely protected it. There is nothing even nearby.

Retro/other: Various places I've lived in Ohio and Indiana were either WWKI, Kokomo, IN or WKXA (WHMQ), Findlay, Ohio

Hartland, VT:

WXXK Lebanon, NH ("Kixx 100.5" and "The Valley's Big Country"), with country music.

Meriden, CT:

WRCH New Britain ("Lite 100.5"), Hartford's adult contemporary powerhouse.

The only one caught so far in Cascade, ID (60 miles north of Boise) is KWIQ Moses Lake WA (50KW, 236 miles).
Several e-skip catches in central WA. Including KVWF Aurora KS, KNNK Dimmitt TX, and KGHT El Jebel CO.

Melbourne FL

usually nothing - stuck between 100.3 WRUM Orlando and W264AS 100.7 translator in Melbourne....

W263BT Clewiston FL - translator for WAFC - Classic hits AM 590 in 2018 - most recent....

Clifton, New Jersey

No nearby licensed stations, but I have been able to receive WRCH "Lite 100.5 WRCH" New Britian, CT during tropo.

Central Kentucky:

WSDF Louisville with one of those "throw it in a blender" formats.

"SDF" is the Louisville airport identifier.

It has had multiple calls and formats over the years, not sure why. It has a decent signal and coverage.
