Usually just splatter from 100.3 WRNB Philadelphia. However WVBW in Norfolk VA sometimes makes the trip up US 13 to Wilmington. I just heard it faintly this morning as other stations from Delmarva were booming in with stereo signals like WESR 103.3 in Onley VA. WVBW is the most likely station to be heard up here from SE VA since it is on an open frequency.
East Tennessee: Nada, just whatever overrun from WCYQ on 100.3. When Johnny Pirkle owned 100.3, he fiercely protected it. There is nothing even nearby.
Retro/other: Various places I've lived in Ohio and Indiana were either WWKI, Kokomo, IN or WKXA (WHMQ), Findlay, Ohio
The only one caught so far in Cascade, ID (60 miles north of Boise) is KWIQ Moses Lake WA (50KW, 236 miles).
Several e-skip catches in central WA. Including KVWF Aurora KS, KNNK Dimmitt TX, and KGHT El Jebel CO.
