FM Frequency of the Week - 101.5 MHz

What do you all get on 101.5 FM? Here in Vermilion, OH, it is WRVF/Toledo '101.5 the River' with an AC format and currently in Christmas mode. Back in early Sept., I heard a religious station via tropo interfering with WRVF, however I wasn't able to ID that station...possibly Pittsburgh's 101.5
 
I usually get members of the dog family on this frequency ;D

Usually its a distant WRCD "101.5 The Fox" classic rock from Canton, NY. During tropo I usually get CKWF "The Wolf 101.5" an active rocker from Peterborough, Ontario. I've also logged a 101.5 translator for "Wolf 105.1" country format in Oneida, NY.
 
Dayton, Ohio: Since Click 101.5 signed on, it's that (former WKSW on 101.7). Before that, I had a couple of Rivers alternating, one from Toledo and one from Gallipolis, Ohio, which became a Bob and now a Country station in the Huntington, WV market. Also, WKKG in Columbus, IN made a few appearances
 
Northern VA,

WBQB Fredericksburg, semilocal about 35 miles to the south. In tropo events, I had "New Jersey 101.5" from Trenton, NJ and WRAL in NC.
 
From Coldwater, MI-

Usually WNSN from South Bend, IN (Adult Contemporary- Sunny 101.5). Sometimes WRVF out of Toledo, OH (AC- The River)

Besides them, I sometimes hear
WMTE- Manistee, MI
WMJZ- Gaylord, MI- Classic Hits- The Eagle
WWBN- Tuscola, MI- Active Rock- Banana 101.5
WKKG- Columbus, IN- Country
WCLI- Enon, OH- Click
WBNQ- Bloomington, IL- CHR

I've also heard the religious station on 101.5. I also suspect that it's Pittsburgh, but have never been able to ID it.
 
From Gibsonville (Burlington), NC I usually receive WRAL 101.5 from Raleigh. One morning last week, WVMP 101.5 Vinton/Roanoke, VA was occasionally stepping on WRAL. One of their strong surges was right at their 7:00 A.M. Station ID.

I've checked a couple of times since and only find WRAL.

My radio is a Tecsun PLL-390 and I'm amazed at some of the stations I can pull in. For example, on 99.9 I can turn the antenna one way and get WCMC Holly Springs/Raleigh, NC. I can turn it a different direction and receive WZBB from Stanleytown, VA. Once I received W260BG from Lexington, NC (Translator for WLXN).
 
101.5 is one of my most interesting frequencies. I get Brunswick more often in Charleston, often clear enough to hear blasting through cars in summer, but I also get WRAL frequently. 101.7 nearby hurts my chances to get stuff at 101.5, but I still can.

I've tried to get Atlanta but I never have.
 
Dover, NH:

WXGR-LP, a 13 watt nonprofit from nearby (about 10 mi) Elliot, ME is on 101.5 FM. Their format is World Music. Sometimes I get a splatter of WWHQ out of Meredith NH.
 
Here in Rochester NY, I have a 50 kW (well, 27 kW/640') first-adjacent on 101.3 about six miles away - but it doesn't run IBOC, so I can get around it with a decent radio like the XDR-F1HD, allowing me to hear Peterborough ON and sometimes Homer NY on 101.5.

WBNQ Bloomington, IL
WNSN South Bend, IN
WIBA Sauk City (Madison), WI
WLYF Miami, FL (DX, of course!)
 
Here in High Bridge NJ, it is all WKXW Trenton, the famous New Jersey One Oh One Point Five. If strong tropo happens Fredricksburg VA can go over them.
 
In Bothell/Bellevue, 101.5 is always strong local KPLZ (Hot AC, 99kw, not IBOC).

At Pacific Beach, it's always KPLZ, and rather strong for 105 mi+.

In Yakima, WA I can hear splatter from KLES, but on one occasion got KPLZ.

In Portland, OR it's always KFLY Corvallis, OR (Rock, 27.5 kw, not IBOC), with a fuzzy signal.

If I'm in just the right spot and if I'm on a wide enough radio (*cough*Grundig*cough), I can hear KFLY fighting with KXL (101.1) and KINK's (101.9) sidebands. In most cases, the latter two stations win.
 
In Bellingham, WA

KPLZ (very spotty)

The translator for KPLU on 88.7 is supposed to move to 101.5 up here, but I haven't heard anything yet.
 
I've always been impressed with the 101.5 from Gallipolis (WXBW). Considering the terrain in that part of Ohio is extremely unfriendly to FM signals, that signal makes it to Lancaster, Logan and as far north as Buckeye Lake with very few problems.
 
Occasionally a Boise "North-end" pirate that runs estimated 50 watts into a copper pipe antenna in a pine tree behind a lawyers office. Was on 101.1 'till 101.1 moved here from McCall.
 
Here in Altamonte Springs Florida with my tecson PL-390 I get WSOL v 101.5 from New Brunswik GA and WPOI hot 101.5 from Tampa. A lot of times wpoi comes in better but at times wpoi and wsol battle it out. wpoi is a bit closer to me btw.
 
Schenectady, NY: during tropo I almost always get WPDH and on one occasion, WKXW-FM in New Jersey... normally it's just static from 101.3 and/or 101.7
