Wilmington Delaware

WDEL Canton NJ with a good mono signal. It simulcasts WDEL 1150 AM but from a Class A XMTR 27 miles south of the parent signal. I find it amusing that it calls itself Delaware's News Station but its' signal originates from the swamps of NJ. It has news during drive times and talk at other times. It carries Phillies Baseball and Eagles Football. When the 2 teams play at the same time they split their signal to carry both teams.

Delaware is a small state but there is another Delaware station on this frequency - WZEB Ocean View DE. It has a directional signal keeping it down in SE Delaware. As you drive down DE RT 1 toward Rehoboth Beach WDEL starts mixing with WZEB at the Kent/Sussex county line then WZEB takes over.

Weak signal from KYDA Azle (Fort Worth), which is an Air 1 serving DFW.

Once in awhile, I'll catch a glimpse of K-Sam from Huntsville or KD 101 from the Golden Triangle.

The main stations antenna is 20 miles from Mankato and the translator helps big time in downtown Mankato which is a lower spot.

Revision of previous entry! I forgot to listen before posting, and somehow forgot that 101.7 is a live and local frequency here in eastern Vermont, occupied by W269DI Claremont, NH, translator of WTSL(AM) and carrying the hot AC format "The Penguin."

Central Kentucky:

WVKY Shelbyville. "Froggy 101.7 & 104.9, with a country format mix of older country and todays country.
The 101.7 frequency has been a "format of the week" station as it's been news, sports, oldies country, well you get the picture.
It puts a decent signal into the east side of Louisville and was once the FM side for WKRD 790 in Louisville but didn't last.
It's seems to have found some success with the Froggy Country format

Either a marginal to weak signal from KRCH-FM/Rochester, or a marginal/weak KAYL-FM/Storm Lake.

In Pickerington, Ohio, it's semi-local WNKO with classic hits.
WNKO identifies as "New Albany-Newark," the former a Columbus suburb that justified their move closer to the metro area over a decade ago, and Newark being the city everybody identifies WNKO with. They are still very much a Licking County station and make zero effort whatsoever to serve New Albany or Columbus at all, other than including Columbus in traffic reports for those commuting between there and Newark.
Back before they moved their tower west from Newark toward Johnstown, most of the Columbus area was in a sizable null WNKO threw toward former co-channel WKSW in Urbana. I was south of the deepest part of the null so WNKO was listenable in Pickerington, but it was badly degraded in some parts of the metro.
