FM Frequency of the Week 2018-19-20: 91.3

Up one more spot in the non-comm (US) FM band. This week, 91.3.

East Tennessee: Depending where you are (or shoot a beam) it will be WLMU, Lincoln Memorial University's station near the Kentucky border or WFQS, Franklin NC, part of Blue Ridge Public Radio.

Retro/other: Dayton, OH area: WYSO, Antioch College's Pubcaster, which is the main NPR affiliate, sometimes to the chagrin of Yellow Springs locals. 91.3 is also the home of WOUB, Athens OH and WGTE, Toledo, OH.

Retro DX Clip of the week from Bob Hawkins. WCIE, Lakeland, FL in a 1987 reception.

Lexington, KY:
Very strong signal from local University of Kentucky-owned Public/AAA/NPR WUKY, Lexington (100kW @ 779' ~13 mi.)

Zachary, LA (Baton Rouge suburb):
Pretty much a clear frequency. Splatter if close to LSU campus in BR, where KLSU transmits from on 91.1.
Have received WMPN, Jackson (MS) during tropo.

From near Tyler, Texas: local KGLY 12kW@155m HAAT Worship "Lift 91.3" owned & operated by the Educational Radio Foundation of East Texas, Inc.

Ellensburg WA

Normally it's KGTS Walla Walla (Positive Life Radio, Christian Contemporary). Signal is variable around town from very weak to fair-good with full RDS. Up on Rattlesnake Dance Ridge a few miles south of Ellensburg, KGTS was blocked allowing for a weak signal from K217AJ Cashmere (KLWS - NPR). Have not heard CJZN or KBCS out here yet, I wonder if there's a spot that will pull in Victoria (at least).
Only Es logged is KNCM Appleton MN (Minnesota Public Radio).
