Now's probably as good a time to share this...

I have family from Manchester. My sister-in law. Actually from the adjacent town of Sale. Wife and I spent a night at her parents' house. Wonderful people, and they treated us to a little tour of the city, as well as breakfast in bed the next morning. I'll never forget it! (Apologies for the veer off-topic).

KPIT was listed for sale, maybe a year ago?

It is a great city, and has changed so much over the past 30 years from an industrial backwater to one of Europe's fastest-growing urban areas - "Manc-hattan" is a term frequently heard. The recently released book, Manchester Unspun, is well worth a read if you are interested - it focuses quite heavily on the role of music and media (including some pioneering radio output) in the city's rebirth.

Wilmington Delaware

91.7 is a popular frequency for educational institutions in the Delaware Valley. Here is it Super 91.7 WMPH belonging to Mount Pleasant High School. 20 miles to my N is WCUR belonging to West Chester University. 25 miles to my NE is WKDU belonging to Drexel University in Philadelphia. All 3 have low power and highly directional patterns to protect each other.

Very weak KBLD Kennewick (Religion) in Yakima, right next to local KDNA-91.9 and K218CX-91.5. Rarely, KRFA-FM Moscow ID will appear on tropo with NWPB Classical. Eskip has been heard numerous times, mostly from Ellensburg (where it's also a weak KBLD and sometimes KYFQ Bremerton fading in with BBN). Logs below:

XHGLX Tijuana BCN (EXA FM)
KALW San Francisco (Public Radio)
KNSW Worthington MN (Minnesota Public Radio)
KNAD Page AZ (Public Radio // KNAU)
KOSU-FM Oklahoma City (College Radio)
KVLD Norfolk NE (K-LOVE)
