From this year to several years ago:

WJZD 94.5 Long Beach, MS (Gulf coast), E skip
WMUU Greenville, SC Tropo when I was in southern WV
WPTI Eden, NC, tropo, when the station played Spanish music, forgot the previous calls
WDAC Lancaster, PA, tropo
WRVQ Richmond, VA, tropo
WWSW Pittsburgh, very rare tropo across the Appalachian mountains into northern VA
All in northern VA except for the WV location

Currently sideband splatter courtesy of KNRK. If I position my antenna a little bit to the east, I can also pick up a little bit of their IBAC noise.

From where I am in central NY state, all we get is the powerhouse signal of WYYY in Syracuse. When I was younger, I lived in the southern tier portion of NY, and our local cable company had an FM option as part of their cable service. I very distinctly remember the two big signals on the channel in upstate NY, WYYY, and WNED-FM in Buffalo, battling it out. Back then, WNED signed off at 1:00 a.m. and Y94 was in the clear until sign on at 6.

I do have one "DX" log from the frequency, though. Back in the early 90s, I pulled in WRVQ from Richmond. It was a warm summer night as I recall. It was a pretty strong signal for several minutes before fading to the usual static filled Syracuse signal (I was using a portable radio with its whip antenna, not the stereo connected to cable). I am guessing my reception of WRVQ would be considered tropo. I was about 400 miles from Richmond at the time.

Here, all it is is hash from WSCC, our local at 94.3. Inland, many nights, WSPX from Bowman (near Orangeburg) can be picked up. 94.3 has IBOC, so nothing comes in on there. Savannah squirts through on 94.1 often.

Before KOKO 94.3 (local) went on the air I had KUFX 94.5 (Now KBAY) from San Jose CA both stations are in the same direction (west), when I point my antenna South-East I receive KGEN 94.5 Tulare CA.

Location: NE Illinois. There are 2 very strong locals on the first adjacent frequencies of 94.3/94.7, so not a lot to report...

WLRW 94.5 FM Champaign, IL
WLWK 94.5 FM Milwaukee, WI (WKTI)
WRVQ 94.5 FM Richmond, VA last year. approx. 657mi./1057kM maybe not a surprise 200kW ERP though antenna is only 351' high.
WTNR 94.5 FM Holland, MI (WJBL)

Here in Poughkeepsie, NY, 94.5 used to be a very good DX channel, sandwiched between a local on 94.3 and a regular from the New York City area on 94.7. Regulars on 94.5 were "K-Love" WYKV Ravena, NY at 54 miles, reliable but not all that strong, and a very weak 9-watt translator W233AH from Monticello, NY, 43 miles away. During summer months, WPST from Trenton, NJ often came in very strongly. Recently a new translator, W233BM. came on the air in nearby Beacon, and they now dominate 94.5.

DX logged on 94.5 since 2003 include the following:
WHOD - Jackson, Alabama
KFPW - Barling, Arkansas
WCFB - Daytona Beach, Florida
WARO - Naples, Florida
WFBX/WFLF - Parker, Florida
WFDR - Woodbury, Georgia
K233AA - Davenport, Iowa, KUNI translator
WIBW - Topeka, Kansas
KSMB - Lafayette, Louisiana
KRUF - Shreveport, Louisiana
WJMN - Boston, Massachusetts
WJZD - Long Beach, Mississippi
KKLR - Poplar Bluff, Missouri
KLIQ - Hastings, Nebraska
K233AN - Lincoln, Nebraska, KROA translator
WNED - Buffalo, NY
WYYY - Syracuse, NY
WCMS - Hatteras, North Carolina
KQDY - Bismarck, North Dakota
CIBU - Wingham, Ontario
WDAC - Lancaster, Pennsylvania
WYEZ - Murrells Inlet, South Carolina
KPLO - Reliance, South Dakota
WRJO - Eagle River, Wisconsin

Strangely my most common reception of something on 94.5 from Grenada, MS, comes courtesy of 103.1. That's where a religious translator sat until recently, airing whatever DX came through on 94.5. Pretty much each morning that was Birmingham's JOX 94.5. Even when the parent station was on the air (WCMR Bruce) it was often overrode in the mornings. Other common catches are stations in Jackson, AL, and West Helena, AR.
