FM Frequency of the Week: 96.9

In the Wilkes-Barre(Northeast PA) area, I mostly get a bleedover from adjacent WBHT 97.1. However, during tropo conditions, WLAN from Lancaster usually comes in, and on some occasions, I also get classic rock WOUR from Utica at times, including last fall when there was a big opening when we had Indian summer. I might have also got possibly WFPG out of Atlantic City but it faded out before their commercial break was over.
