FM Frequency of the Week - 99.5 MHz

What do you all get on 99.5 MHz?
Here in Vermilion, OH, 99.5 is local WGAR/Cleveland with a country format. When tropo is up, WYCD/Detroit (also a country station) will battle with WGAR.

Warminster PA(Philly suburbs):

Usually semi-local WJBR from Wilmington DE. Have also heard WBAI from NYC at times,
wiping out WJBR.

From Coldwater, MI-

A GREAT frequency for me! Absolutely no local stations and sometimes nothing but static. Here's what comes in on any given day, from most to least common.

WYCD- Detroit, MI- Country
WZPL- Greenfield, IN- Hot AC
WGAR- Cleveland, OH- Country
WUSN- Chicago, IL- Country (US 99.5)
WFPM-LP- Battle Creek, MI- Black Gospel (The Miracle Station)
W258AH- Kalamazoo, MI- CCM/AC (Home.fm)- This one has an amazing reach. I recently confirmed them near Angola, IN (55 miles)
WAOL- Ripley, OH- Variety Hits
WKDQ- Henderson, KY- Country

******
Tropo-
WYSS- Sault Saint Marie, MI- CHR- (Yes FM)
WDCX- Buffalo, NY- CCM- (Life 99.5)
WDQZ- Lexington, IL- Classic Rock
WPKR- Omro, WI- Country
KS--- Minneapolis, MN- Classical/MPR

In Durham, North Carolina, 99.5 MHz is a very strong WMAG/ High Point, NC, though some mornings we receive a bit of interference from Grifton, NC's WXNR "New Rock 99X" or Emporia, VA's WYTT "99-5 Jamz". Other stations I've received on the frequency here...

KISS San Antonio, TX
WYCD Detroit, MI
KPLX Fort Worth, TX
WRNN Socastee, SC

Schenectady, NY - WRVE (licensed to Schenectady, believe it or not) with transmitter in New Scotland, NY... running a mainstream-leaning Hot AC format on analog/HD1... HD2 is Jazz I think?

Dayton, Ohio area...still relatively open if you get far enough away from the WGXM translator (Flyer Radio). Usually if the band is open it's a tossup between WGAR and Indianapolis's WZPL. Sometimes WAOL in Ripley, OH.
'

From Gaffney SC

Bleed from WBT (99.3 Chester SC) & WRFX (99.7 Charlotte NC).
but during tropo I can hear WKXC (Augusta GA) or WMAG (Greensboro NC)

From Gary Indiana, it's WUSN (US99) from Chicago. I won't hear anything else, because if their main site goes off the air, they use their backup on the NW side of Chicago, & that aims SE toward Indiana.

Near Farmville, Virginia:

Antenna aimed south: WYTT 99.5, South Hill, VA (Hip Hop format)

No sign of the weak translator from Farmville (W258AK).
