FM & LPTV Engineering Software

I am looking for some reasonably priced software, or perhaps something that can be rented for doing some FM upgrade and relocation applications for a company that I am working with, and perhaps also looking for a similar package for LPTV. I remember seeing a package that you could rent access to online, but I can't remember the name. I don't have several thousand dollars to put out right now...
 
Don't use Dataworld.

Good software BUT look at hw much you spend every time. Buy Radiosoft or the DougVernier product.
 
Radiosoft is about $8,000 for the FM package only. Last I knew it could be rented. Database updates we're like $100 each.

V-soft, you better get a second mortgage...
