FM Radio on a Smartphone

How many cell phone antenna booster stickers can one have to improve FM Radio Function? I have a smartphone and I listen to FM Radio more than I had done on a regular home stereo.

The wire on wired headphones is used as an FM antenna for smartphones (no FM reception with Bluetooth headsets). Those stickers are supposed - repeat: supposed - to improve cell phone reception. From the reviews I've seen (and my own experience) they don't do much good. The cell phone antenna is in the phone (where stickers are placed). No FM antenna inside the phone. Just cell phone, WiFi and Bluetooth antennas.
