FM site design

I'm getting ready to build a new transmitter site, and am just double checking something. When designing the site, should you have the tower (and it's associated grounding) on the same side of the building as the AC mains entry? My intuition says yes...

I'd be pleased to show you a couple... which we inherited. And, when you must have them apart, be VERY sure the transmitter doesn't become the conection between the power ground and the site ground. This does Very Bad Things to your radio.
