FM Stations - Odd Frequencies

Howdy all

Has anyone here picked up an FM station on an odd Frequency? Australia, like the U.S. uses 200khz spacing, odd numbers. In recent years, I guess technical standards have dropped & I've heard a few (namely ABC transmitters) off frequency. Usually low powered, unlisted TXers - SHBS (Self Help Broadcasting Scheme whereby a licence can be granted to re-broadcast ABC services in remote areas).

Most via E-Skip.

99.65 Triple J Network - somewhere in South Australia (Mono TXer)
105.85 (ABC Regional) somewhere in QLD.
106.8 Triple J Network - somewhere in Northern NSW (Mono TXer)
105.0 Triple J TXer somewhere near Longreach QLD (Mono TXer)
99.0 4LM/t (commercial radio translator which relays an AM station) in QLD
98.2 4HI/t (commercial radio translator which relays an AM station) in QLD
88.4 unlisted TAB station in QLD

Interesting stuff DXer! The only legal ones that I know of with such odd frequencies are those low-band FM stations in the former communist bloc.

For us here in the USA, frequencies in Europe are exotic enough, with frequencies that end in even and odd tenths of a MHz.

Didn't Greece authorise lower powere stations at 50 kHz spacing? I seem to recall seeing some like 96.85 or something similar... I had a (Alpine?) aftermarket stereo in a car years ago that could be set to 50 kHz spacing. Made channel 6 audio (87.75 MHz) much easier to listen to!
