Is it still on?

My Part 15 programming may be threatened by a translator of a new, full-power station, licensed for a town 75 miles away.

Anybody have the most current info/facts?

Technically, the freeze has expired. However, we have not seen an original CP grant for quite awhile, even after the freeze expired.

Either the FCC is still honoring the freeze or there's a possibility that the translator in question may be MX (in competition) with other applications.

To check to see if there's potential MX applications. Go to the REC Broadcast Query at http://www.recnet.com/cdbs/fmq.php, bring up the translator's record and then you will see a link to check for MX applications.
